Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days.

·       Orders placed before 1:00 PM on a business day are typically shipped the same day (subject to payment confirmation, security checks, and stock availability).

·       Orders placed after 1:00 PM are shipped the next business day.

·       Orders received on Sundays or public holidays are dispatched the next working day.

·       During peak or festive seasons, processing and shipping may take slightly longer.

Cancellation by Customer

Kumaon Organics reserves the right to cancel orders in cases such as:

·       Incorrect pricing

·       Stock unavailability

·       Any unforeseen issue

In such cases, a 100% refund will be issued.

If delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address, recipient unavailability, or similar reasons, any additional re-delivery cost will be borne by the customer. A complete postal address — including PIN code, email ID, and contact number — is essential for us to ship your order. Please double-check your PIN code and contact number before completing your order.
