All food products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, as FSSAI regulations do not permit returns of packaged food items once sold.

Replacement will only be provided in the following cases:

1.       Damage during transit

2.       Manufacturing defect

3.       Wrong item delivered

In case of suspected damage, customers must record an unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened as proof for the replacement claim.

Conditions for Replacement

·       Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery via email at organicskumaon@gmail.com.

·       Customers must send the product back only after receiving confirmation from us.

·       Items returned without prior confirmation will not be processed.

·       Replacement will be arranged via our logistics partner at no extra cost to the customer.

·       A 100% refund will be issued if the product is unavailable or we are unable to ship it.

·       A 100% refund will be issued if the delivery address falls outside our courier's serviceable areas.

·       Each item may be subject to import duties, customs charges, and local regulations.

·       The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with destination-country laws.

·       Import duties may be collected by the courier prior to delivery.

·       International shipments may be subject to inspection by customs or postal authorities.

·       Some products may not be eligible for manufacturer warranty or service outside India.

Note on Natural Variance:

We are unable to accept replacement or refund requests due to variance in taste, texture, color, or aroma. As our products are completely natural, no two batches will be identical. No compromise is made in our natural production process or in the use of the finest natural ingredients, and we ensure maximum nutritional value is retained in every batch.
